Overall, it’s been fine, but some of the labels still feel a bit vague to me. I had to pause a couple of times and guess what they meant, which makes me think maybe they were written by someone already super familiar with the product. Not a huge issue, but a little more clarity would make the experience smoother.

"Pretty solid place to order supplements"
I’ve bought from supplementsource a few times now and it’s been smooth every time. no weird issues or anything... checkout was easy, tracking came through, and the stuff I got was exactly what was listed on the site. Prices seem fair too. Just feels like a legit site to order from, which is kind of a big deal when it comes to supplements

"I’m totally calm about how easy…"
I’m totally calm about how easy this was, obviously, but yeah, the site was really simple to get around. I found the vitamins I needed quickly, and the search actually worked the way it should. Pages loaded fast, which I appreciated more than I want to admit. Checkout was straightforward too, no annoying extra steps or random stuff to click through. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d probably use supplementsource again.

"Good prices, shipping could be better"
I keep coming back because the prices are usually better than what I find at other shops — which is obviously a big plus. Shipping could definitely be a little cheaper, not gonna lie, but overall I still end up ordering from here.

I had to return an item because I ordered the wrong thing like a total idiot. I emailed supplementsource.ca and they got back to me fast with clear steps, no nonsense, no annoying runaround, and no weird questions.

I sent it back and the refund showed up way quicker than I expected. the whole thing was simple and way better than dealing with most online stores and their usual pain-in-the-ass return process. I’d definitely order again.

The shipping cost wasn’t too bad, which I appreciated. It could definitely be a little cheaper, but overall it was fair enough. Still, with how the whole process felt, I expected at least a quick apology or some acknowledgment

I’ve ordered from SupplementSource.ca a couple of times, and overall it’s been okay. They do have a fair mix of brands, so I can usually find something close to what I’m looking for. That said, a few of the brands I normally buy either weren’t available or only had a small selection in stock. Maybe I’m just being a little picky, but it didn’t feel like the variety was quite as wide as I expected. It’s not a bad site by any means, and it’s probably good enough for most people, but I do wish they had a few more options.

"Good tracking, just slowed down a bit"
I ordered from SupplementSource.ca and the tracking came through fast once it shipped. It was nice being able to check where the package was, and it updated often enough that I didn’t feel totally in the dark.

The only thing was it kind of sat on the same update for a day or two, so I wasn’t sure if it was actually moving or not. But the package showed up fine in the end, so yeah, overall it was a good experience and I’d order again

"Arrived Sooner Than Expected"
I was actually happy with how quickly my order showed up, especially because I was expecting it to take a little longer. The only small thing I noticed was that the tracking information didn’t seem to update very fast, so for a bit I wasn’t totally sure where the package was or when it would get here. But in the end, it arrived sooner than I thought it would, so I can’t really complain too much...

I felt like I struck gold shopping on supplementsource.ca. They’ve got so many brands and products all in one place, it was a huge relief. I found my usual protein and vitamins, plus a few things I’ve been desperately hunting for locally with zero luck. The site was easy to browse too, so I wasn’t lost in some endless supplement maze. Overall, I’m really happy with the selection and would definitely shop there again.

"Wish It Mixed a Bit Better"
I ordered some protein from supplementsource and it arrived without any issues, so no complaints there. The taste was okay, not something I’d rave about, but definitely drinkable. I do kind of regret not checking more reviews on the mixability though, because even with a shaker I still ended up with some clumps. Overall it’s not a bad product, I just wish it had been a little smoother.

Support got back to me really quickly, which I appreciated. The only thing is the checkout process was a little confusing at first, so I had to take a moment to figure it out. Overall, though, it was a decent experience and I’d use them again.

"I’ve ordered from supplementsource maybe 3 or 4…"
I’ve ordered from SupplementSource.ca maybe 3 or 4 times now, and so far the quality has been solid. The protein mixed well, tasted normal, and didn’t have that weird stale flavor you sometimes get. I also grabbed a couple vitamins, and they seemed fresh — seals were good, expiry dates were still like a year or more out, nothing sketchy. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is one tub had a little powder around the lid, maybe a spoonful or less, so not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and would order again
